
Two accused in the Tibana, Gagash fraud case granted bail

Two of the four people charged with fraud related to the looting of deceased estates have been granted R60,000 bail each at the Polokwane Magistrates’ Court in Limpopo. Rirhandzu Tibana and Jabulani Maluleke were arrested last month for allegedly benefiting from estate accounts. The first and second accused in the case, estate attorney Charlotte Tibana and her husband, TMPD officer Peter “Gagash” Nonyane, were denied bail last month.
