MANILA, Philippines — Brief rains were possible in Luzon, based on the latest forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In the 5 p.m. weather update, Pagasa Weather Specialist John Manalo said the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) was bringing cloudiness affecting Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
