President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Pryluky with UK Foreign Secretary Edward Miliband on Thursday, Oct. 8, after a Russian barrage left 22 civilians dead, including five children. The President ordered housing aid and shelter inspections, while separately thanking the EU for a €1.2 billion (roughly $1.4 billion) tranche that Kyiv aims to spend on air defense, particularly drones, ahead of winter.
