Leaked Russian Blueprint Counts 1,000 Weapons to Freeze Ukraine

An alleged Russian analytical document obtained by Schemes calculates that Moscow would need about 1,000 drones, bombs and ballistic missiles to disable 60 critical Ukrainian facilities. Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa are identified as the principal targets, although experts caution that the document is a weapons-requirement estimate rather than a final operational order.
