Kathmandu, October 8 Voting to elect the new leadership of the Nepali Congress has been postponed to Friday after the voting process failed to begin on Thursday. Voting was initially scheduled for 10am but was postponed three times, eventually being scheduled for 2:30pm. However, voting could not begin even by the revised time, and the Central Election Committee did not announce another time for Thursday.
