Nepal Tourism Board unveils Rs 1.7 billion budget

Kathmandu, October 8 The Nepal Tourism Board has introduced a budget of Rs 1.7 billion for the current fiscal year 2026/27. The board has unveiled the new budget in the third month of the current fiscal year. The board had implemented a budget of Rs 1.59 billion in the last fiscal year but managed to spend only Rs 894.7 million, or 56 per cent of the allocated amount.
