ICC rules Rodrigo Duterte fit to stand trial

The International Criminal Court has ruled that former president Rodrigo Duterte is fit to stand trial for crimes against humanity of murder, saying that he can understand the proceedings and effectively exercise his fair trial rights despite concerns over his health.
