Pakistan's benchmark KSE-100 index fell over 1,130 points on Thursday despite the country's staff-level agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), as renewed regional tensions added to selling pressure. The index initially gained around 900 points and climbed to the intra-day high near 169,500 before reversing course, closing at 167,441.91, down 0.68%.
